What’s wrong with my blog?

This is not the post I intended to write, but I am experiencing an ongoing problem with editing. Once I have typed more than a few paragraphs, I can no longer see what I am typing, as the screen keeps scrolling back to the top. It is so frustrating! I am not sure if it is a problem with my theme, my host or my browser. If anyone has any ideas as to what this could be or how to fix it, please let me know! In the meantime, my blog posts are going to be very short ๐Ÿ˜น

  1. ๐Ÿค” Hmm. I have no idea as to the nature of your technological issue.

However, you can create your blog posts in a text editor like Microsoft Word or Google Docs because it will allow you to see the article in its entirety.

When you are finished, you can copy it and paste it into the WordPress editor.

In the meantime, you can check out a different WordPress theme to see if the problem still exists.

You can also log in with a different web browser.

I do hope that your problem is sorted out in a timely manner.

    1. Thanks Renard. The last long post I wrote was edited in Word first. I will have to continue doing that until the problem is fixed. I have thought about changing my theme as well. Another alternative is to edit on my phone.

    2. I have tried changing my theme and that didn’t work, so I have changed it back again. I think the problem is with dot org rather than dot com. I know this because I have a private blog on dot com and that works fine. Hopefully there will be an update that fixes it. I don’t really want to use a different browser unless I absolutely have to.

      1. ๐Ÿ™‚ Did you do any updates on WordPress.org as yet?

Please keep in mind, the Happiness Engineers are always updating things in the background on WordPress.com; therefore, keeping WordPress.org site updated and functional is entirely up to you.

      2. No new plugins, and they’re all up to date as well. I am considering deactivating them all and then adding them back one by one to see how my blog behaves then.
