Journal along with me | Habit tracker

A habit tracker is basically lots of cute boxes you colour in to keep track of when you do something, or don’t do something πŸ˜‰

There are so many things you can use it for, such as keeping track of

  • moods
  • healthy habits
  • household tasks
  • exercise taken
  • food and drink
  • blog planning
  • spending money

I track habits over the period of one week usually, and the following week I might track different habits, depending on how the previous week went.

There is absolutely no point in continually tracking something you are not doing. Instead, work out why you are not doing that something (if it is definitely something you want to do) and see if you can reorganise your routine to include it. Is there something else you can drop instead? For instance, I try to track my blog commenting, but if I go a few days without visiting other blogs, then I would consider not writing blog posts one day and commenting on others instead.

  1. Great tips, thanks for sharing! I think this might be something I’ll do to help keep me organised for the new year, I think I need it so I’m not just struggling to juggle everything, and I always find writing things down really help!!

  2. I am trying to keep track of my spending!! I have an excel sheet but I am forgetting a few things here and there… it really requires diligence to stay on top of it and to write every single thing down!

  4. These are some great tips. I’ve been tracking some of my habits through an app but thought writing it out may be better for me. I bought a lovely journal in the January sales but I’m not 100% sure how to use it yet.

    1. I’ve just tried to leave a comment on your blog but it wouldn’t send, so ….

Happy New Year. I hope you feel much better soon and that 2019 has lots of good things in store for you xx

And thank you for visiting my blog. I’d love to help you with your journal xx
